The title is a play on the Ontario Traffic Manual, the primary guiding document for roadway design in Ontario. My primary inspirations are Bicycle Dutch and The Ranty Highwayman.

    Hey, I have some ideas about traffic lights and how they themselves should be redesigned to work better. Maybe even some ideas about signage improvements and management systems for freeways and expressways. Also dude, get a better wheel lock for your bicycle and get a plug in chain or cable lock. It will make it much less likely to be stolen if you have to leave it around for more than about an hour or in a high risk area.
